Ensure correct mapping and data delivery.Content Quality Checks: Perform routine audits of hotel content (descriptions, images, amenities, policies) to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards across all distribution platforms.Rate & Availability Monitoring: Support the validation of rate and inventory updates across channels to ensure parity and availability. Flag any discrepancies or sync issues for resolution.Troubleshooting & First-Level Support: Assist in resolving common connectivity issues such as mismatches in room types, rate plans, or availability errors. Coordinate with hotels or escalate to the Distribution Systems Manager when needed.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated logs of configuration changes, property setups, and resolved issues. Support the team with compiling performance or audit reports.Coordination with Hotels: Provide technical guidance and clear communication to hotels regarding updates, new channel connections, or system-related questions. Ensure timely follow-up on action items.What will you bring?Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent early professional experience.Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).Basic understanding or strong curiosity about hotel technology platforms (CRS, PMS, channel managers, OTA systems).
