Transversal Functions Digital Project Manager
Overview
The Transversal Functions Data Centric Project Manager leads the digital and data-centric transformation across Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Communication departments. Responsibilities include enhancing data-centric implementation, leading the development of new tools aligned with manufacturing needs, adhering to standards set by HES and IS/IT teams, and aligning with strategy and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
This role is crucial for optimizing tasks, reducing costs, ensuring tool integrity, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure implementation and standardization of data-centric solutions and tools.
* Contribute to innovation and improvement of digital products and services, ensuring they meet user needs and quality standards.
* Provide end-to-end project management.
* Define project scope, requirements, and budget.
* Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for project execution.
* Deliver projects on time, meeting quality standards.
* Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirements specifications.
* Monitor and report key analytics metrics such as usage and savings.
* Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or issues.
* Seek opportunities for improvement and propose new projects.
* Present project updates to stakeholders.
* Negotiate with clients and stakeholders as needed.
* Define work methodologies and deadlines.
* Act as the main communication point among parties involved.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Engineering.
* Minimum five years of management, project management, engineering, or related experience.
* Experience with digital tools such as ERP SAP4HANA, communication, or financial applications.
* Proven expertise in data analysis and AI applications for complex problem-solving.
* Extensive leadership and team management experience (both direct and cross-functional).
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
Skills:
* Proven experience as a data-centric digital project manager.
* Knowledge of Quality and Logistics environments.
* Familiarity with ERP, WMS, asset localization, logistics, or digital tools, and data analysis tools.
