Technical Support Specialist
to work in a
world-leading multinational company
in
information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. The selected person will perform the following tasks:
Provide
offline technical support .Offer
daily technical support
to the Service Center.Provide
internal technical support
for pending issues, complaints, and legal cases.Monitor
repair quality
and drive continuous improvement.Conduct
technical onsite visits
in ASC.Handle
technical support
calls in the Call Center.Provide
online support
for technical escalations, identify common issues, and create internal FAQs.Participate in
weekly crisis management meetings
with the online team.Deliver
technical and product training .Provide
technical and repair training
to ASC.Conduct
product training
for ASC and Call Center teams.Monitor and report on
product VOC .Demonstrate good technical skills and interest in consumer electronics products.Preferably have experience in
technical support, service, or training businesses .
