Your role
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will:
* Work on end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support, with a strong focus on Spanish Payroll
* Collaborate with international teams and clients on complex, high-impact projects
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
* Provide configuration, testing, and ongoing system optimisation
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

Requirements
* Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
* Strong hands-on experience with Spanish Payroll
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
