We seek a Data Architect to play a critical role in defining, governing, and evolving the data and integration architecture underpinning the Installed Base digital ecosystem.
What you will do
Own and evolve the Installed Base data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives.
Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Installed Base and related MDM domains.
Ensure a clear and consistent data lifecycle, including creation, enrichment, synchronization, and consumption of asset data.
Drive simplification, standardization, and scalability of data structures across platforms.
Define and enforce data governance frameworks, including ownership, stewardship, quality rules, and lifecycle controls.
Ensure Installed Base data meets enterprise standards for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and auditability.
Collaborate with Data Stewards and operational teams to support data quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure IB data acts as a trusted SSOT across consuming systems.
Define and validate integration patterns, data flows, and lineage across frontend systems, middleware, and downstream platforms.
Collaborate closely with IB Capability Architects, Functional Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure functional requirements are technically and architecturally sound.
Ensure the data architecture supports both transactional processes and analytics/BI use cases.
Contribute architectural input to design workshops and architecture review boards.
Provide architectural guidance throughout delivery to ensure solutions align with approved data models and architectural intent.
Review technical designs, data flows, and architecture documentation for compliance and completeness.
Identify architectural risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
Support squads in resolving complex cross‐platform or data‐related issues.
Act as a bridge between Business, Functional, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
Partner with Functional Analysts to translate business requirements into robust data‐driven solutions.
Promote strong data and architecture practices across global, multicultural teams.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
Produce and maintain architecture artifacts, including end‐to‐end architecture diagrams, data flow and lineage diagrams, domain models, and architecture decision records.
Ensure documentation adheres to IB Digital standards and is maintained in shared repositories.
Support onboarding and enablement of teams on IB data architecture and standards.
What will make you successful
8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Master Data Management, or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong hands‐on experience with MDM platforms and data‐centric architectures.
Solid experience designing and governing data models in complex, integrated environments.
Experience working in Agile delivery models.
Understanding of Installed Base, asset data, or service‐oriented business models is a strong plus.

Technical & Tooling Experience
Experience with Informatica Cloud MDM or similar tools.
Exposure to AWS‐based data ecosystems.
Familiarity with cloud integration patterns.
Understanding of BI and analytics consumption (Power BI, Tableau).
Travel Requirements10–15% travel.
