Since 2004, we partner with top leaders in their industries to disrupt organizational cultures and achieve high impact at accelerating speed, such as multinational companies like Danone, Pepsico, Unilever, Imperial Brands and local companies like Ametller Origen, Frit Ravich, Pascual, Eroski Group among others.
The measure of success is not content published or campaigns launched. It is a qualified first meeting with decision-makers (CEOs/CHROs) who were strangers to ActioGlobal before we reached them.
The work has three connected stages: 1) generate content that reaches people who don't know us, 2) detect when those people show a sign of interest, and 3) convert that interest into a first meeting.
The person in this role uses AI tools as a daily working habit across all three stages, multiplying the impact of every action without adding complexity to the process. Content Management to generate signals
A signal is any observable action that indicates a named person has engaged with ActioGlobal's content or network: a LinkedIn reaction, a comment, a landing registration, an event attendance, a reply to an email, a forward of a piece of content. Without starting with the signal's outcome in mind, content is waste.
Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation and review to adaptation and publishing, ensuring every piece is clearly structured, visually aligned with our guidelines, and calibrated to reach and resonate with senior executives.
Collaborate with our design specialist to create increasingly compelling content that provokes more reactions and shares, and in turn more signals.
Incorporate new content formats as needed to reach a broader audience and generate more signals. Without a system to capture and qualify all signals, all content is just activity. With it, content generates pipeline, the real impact.
Own and manage all incoming signals from our network, ensuring they are accurately captured, qualified (decision-maker or direct influencer of one?)
