We are hiring a Spain or Italy Sales Manager. The role can base in SPAIN or ITALY.
Company Introduction :
My client is a globally fast - growing brand, focusing on tools, industrial equipment, DIY, and light - mechanical devices, with a strong global online business influence. Currently, we are expanding our offline channels in the European market, including hardware cooperatives, regional distributors, and specialized retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build company's offline distribution network in Spain from scratch.
- Establish cooperation with hardware cooperatives such as Cadena88, QF+, Cecofersa, Comafe, and Optimus.
- Expand large - scale chain Key Account (KA) channels like Leroy Merlin, OBRAMAT, and Bauhaus.
- Identify and sign agreements with regional distributors and wholesalers.
- Participate in industry exhibitions (e.G., Eurobrico, ExpoCadena, Ferretek) to enhance brand influence.
- Adjust commercial terms and product ranges as per Spain's market demands.
- Closely collaborate with internal product and marketing teams.
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 - years' distribution experience in the DIY/tool/hardware channel.
- Familiarity with 1 - 2 channel types, such as Brico - type chains (Leroy Merlin, OBRAMAT, Bauhaus) and traditional hardware channels (Cadena88, Comafe, etc.).
- In - depth understanding of how Spanish hardware cooperatives operate.
- Priority to those with their own customer resources and connections with platforms/key buyers.
- Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
- Spanish native - level language skills and fluent English
