How This Team Shapes Our Mission

Our IaaS Administration team sits at the heart of Ingram Micro’s cloud growth—removing friction, enabling operational excellence, and helping partners scale confidently on public cloud. We guide partners through onboarding, billing, and optimization journeys so they can focus on innovation and customer value. As Ingram expands its global cloud practice, this team ensures our partners and sellers have the clarity, tools, and knowledge to move fast and do it right.

What You’ll Do

- Enable IaaS partner growth with training, best practices, and hands‑on guidance across systems and processes.
- Execute daily operational tasks to onboard partners to the AWS Distribution Program—driving compliance, discovery, and smooth onboarding/offboarding of AWS accounts.
- Configure and support partner usage of CloudCheckr; troubleshoot consumption and reporting issues; deliver training on CloudCheckr and DCI (DoiT Cloud Intelligence); support Billing Transfer processes.
- Build deep expertise in DCI and support partners in adoption and day‑to‑day use.
- Lead and support migrations from CloudCheckr to DCI, ensuring continuity and data accuracy.
- Serve as a partner‑facing point of contact for AWS billing inquiries, including discounts and end‑user reporting.
- Process and update customer transactions; proactively track account status and coordinate with back‑office teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance partner experience and internal efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years in customer service, support, or operations/management roles with a passion for partner success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to research, problem‑solve, and communicate clearly—even when the answer is “it depends.”
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Familiarity with cloud computing (IaaS) and major vendors—especially AWS.
- Experience creating documentation, guides, or instructional processes that make complex topics simple.
- Undergraduate degree and/or a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences; ability to build strong relationships with cloud sales and cross‑functional teams. (Bonus: willingness to obtain AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in role.)
