Currently, we are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for ensuring the success, development, and growth of new client accounts within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors in the Iberian region (Spain, Italy, Portugal). This role is pivotal in representing our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization, acting as the key link between clients and our solution areas, including Data & AI, Custom Applications, SAP, and others. Main responsibilities include actively engaging the market to build strategic relationships, win new accounts, and enhance client value through targeted, consultative sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through research-driven prospecting and lead generation activities.
2. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline creation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
3. Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and reporting by maintaining a robust and transparent pipeline.
4. Leverage deep knowledge of the firm's solutions—including Data & AI, SAP, and Custom Applications—to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during early engagement.
5. Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution design.
6. Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and positioning.
Minimum requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or hunter-based roles.
2. Technical background with general IT knowledge (not necessarily hands-on).
3. Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or Italian, French.
4. Experience in creating and executing sales strategies, business, and account plans.
