As the Product Leader for Aurora Engage at Lionbridge, you'll play a central role in shaping the next generation of intelligent customer experiences. Aurora Engage is a cross-stack, AI-powered capability designed to transform how we connect with customers, partners, linguists, and internal teams worldwide. This is more than a typical product management role-you'll be defining how advanced agentic and multi-agent systems come to life in a real, global product ecosystem. Your mission: deliver consistently exceptional customer outcomes, powered by AI-augmented interactions and designed with deep empathy for every user group. You'll work closely with senior leadership-including our CEO and CTO-to bring this vision to market, rapidly iterating from concept to scalable, production-ready features. You'll combine customer insight, hands-on AI prototyping skills, and disciplined product thinking to build modular, reliable and deeply human-centric solutions. You'll work directly with customers to understand needs, test hypotheses, evaluate AI-powered experiences rigorously, and turn learnings into high-impact product decisions. What You Will Do Lead the end-to-end discovery, prototyping, and development of AI-driven and human-augmented capabilities for Aurora Engage. Rapidly prototype ideas using modern AI tooling (e.g., AI code assistants, low-code prototyping tools) and collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility early. Evaluate AI-powered features through structured testing frameworks-ensuring models and UX deliver reliable, safe, and high-quality outcomes before scaling. Partner deeply with Operations, Account Management, Language Services, UX, Process Engineering, and Engineering to design cohesive, high-impact workflows. Define and optimize intelligent query handling, feedback loops, interaction flows, and end-to-end customer journeys. Translate technical constraints and AI system behavior into clear product decisions and user-centric improvements. Build scalable infrastructure foundations and operating models that support rapid iteration while protecting data quality, performance, and compliance. Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress effectively across global stakeholders-from executive leadership to frontline teams. To Be Successful You Will Have 5 years of product leadership experience building or scaling customer-facing technologies, ideally leveraging AI/ML. Evidence of hands-on AI experimentation-such as building prototypes, small apps, or POCs using contemporary AI development environments (e.g., Google AI Studio, Vercel, Replit, Lovable). Experience evaluating AI-powered applications using structured benchmarks, user testing, and safety/quality criteria. Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, multi-agent orchestration, and how these can be applied to elevate customer experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences. Proven skill in managing across a global, cross-functional organization and influencing without authority. Experience in customer storytelling and communications that drive adoption, trust, and commercial growth.
