As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and support our growing company.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to take full ownership of all HR functions in our Ceuta office. As the sole HR professional in our team (currently 10 members and growing), you will play a key role in shaping our culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will partner closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
2. Foster a positive work culture: address employee concerns and develop initiatives to improve team satisfaction and retention.
3. Implement and manage performance evaluation processes: support professional growth and provide feedback mechanisms.
4. Develop and enforce HR policies: ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
5. Oversee payroll and benefits: manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures.
6. Identify training needs: organize learning initiatives and support career growth opportunities.
7. Plan and execute team-building activities and company events: to enhance collaboration and morale.
8. Maintain accurate employee records: manage contracts and HR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
1. 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.
4. Proactive, independent, and a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Comfortable using HR software and digital tools to streamline processes.
