As a Sales Representative you are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process from A-Z for the Villas Fincas clients. /p ulli You will engage in conversation with the potential buyers to fully comprehend their search requirements and identify their needs. /lili You will provide them with personalised property advise and give them further information about the different areas in Andalucía about the Luxury Andalusian Lifestyle /lili You will organise viewings and liaise with owners and/or property managers /lili You will be responsible for the negotiations /lili You will be responsible to bring your buyer in contact with trusted lawyers and manage the entire reservation period. It is your responsibility to ensure that your buyer is always at ease and happy with their purchase /lili You will guide the buyer through the sales process until the day of the Notary Beyond. /lili You will have created a personal bond with your client and will be ready to help them at all times, even after a sale.
