This is an idóneo role for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to develop into a future Sales Consultant.
THE MISSION
You will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, qualifying leads according to our criteria and ensuring that only high-quality opportunities are passed on to our Senior Sales Consultants.
You will become a key part of our sales engine, helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a healthy and efficient sales pipeline.
Lead Qualification
Contact new leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals and events
Follow qualification scripts and defined sales processes
Understand buyer motivation, budget and timeline
Identify serious buyers versus information seekers
Book qualified meetings for our Senior Sales Consultants
CRM Management
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Update contact information and lead status
Ensure all interactions are properly logged
Keep our sales pipeline organised and up to date
Leads Communication
Follow up consistently with prospects
Share presentations, brochures and educational materials
Answer basic questions about the Five2one concept
Coordinate and book appointments for qualified prospects with the Sales Team
Ensure prospects are properly prepared before their meeting by sharing relevant information and confirming attendance
Handover qualified leads to the Sales Team with complete and accurate CRM notes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential
Native or fluent Danish
Good English skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Organised and detail-oriented
Positive and professional communication style
Comfortable working with technology
Preferred
Experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing
Experience using CRM systems
Interest in real estate
Experience living abroad or working internationally
