Responsibilities
Analyse flavour market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity across Iberia.
Develop and execute commercial plans to grow the region.
Prospect and acquire new customers; build a strong client pipeline.
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits, presentations, and project follow‐up.
Promote the company's flavour portfolio and advise customers on applications and solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, margins).
Coordinate internally with R&D, Applications, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide monthly sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and market insights.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client audits.
Required Expertise
Minimum
5 years' experience
in
Flavours
or
Food Ingredients
sales.
Strong understanding of the Iberian food & beverage manufacturing landscape.
Proven track record in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
Technical understanding of flavour categories and customer briefs.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyse customer needs.
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‐orientation.
Ability to work independently across Spain & Portugal with frequent travel.
Fluent Spanish and English. xohynlm French would be an advantage.
