In this role you drive customer adoption of Google Cloud, guiding enterprises through the technical and business aspects of cloud transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan migrations, define roadmaps, and manage engagements that accelerate cloud adoption. You help customers overcome blockers, advocate for needs, and shape scalable best practices. This is a high-impact position in a fast-growing services team that partners with customers, partners, and engineers to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and managing timelines, milestones, and migration goals
• Advocate for customer needs to remove adoption blockers and drive feature development across multiple work streams
• Develop stakeholder relationships to understand business needs, create roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions
• Plan customer events and launches, coordinating with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure success and guide issue resolution
• Develop best practices and reusable assets from engagements to scale adoption through partners and support future initiatives
Responsabilidades xpzdshu
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders and driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting
• Ability to communicate in English and one European language fluently for regional client relationship management
