The Job: Permanent full time (37.5 Hrs), Monday to Friday
Position Overview: The Clinical Applications Specialist will be responsible for providing expert clinical applications support, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Neurophysiology products. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and support, contributing to service contract revenue, and ensuring smooth operations. The position will cover the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offer clinical applications support to customers within a hospital environment, providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
* Oversee technical support desk responsibilities, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Aid in the installation and configuration of EEG, EMG, and other related equipment.
* Maintain detailed records of support interactions and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Extensive travel across the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
* Attend trade exhibitions and demonstrations of product portfolio to customers.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical applications support role.
* Proficient in technical troubleshooting with knowledge of EEG and EMG equipment.
* Understanding of HL7 interfaces and installations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with networking, servers and remote access solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Willingness to travel as needed to support installations and training.
* Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
* Strong customer presentation and sales negotiation skills.
