We are looking for a Business Development Representative(Trainee) to join our team in Madrid and support the expansion of the Springboard35 partner network.
This role is part of the Growth Team and is focused on identifying, engaging, and activating potential partners who can join our ecosystem and contribute to scaling Springboard’s commercial reach.
You will gain hands-on experience in partnership development, outbound prospecting, and early-stage growth strategies, working closely with experienced Business Developers and Growth Managers.
As a Business Development Representative (Trainee), your main focus will be to support the expansion of the Springboard35 partner ecosystem by:
Building and qualifying targeted prospect lists based on market and industry research
Assisting in qualifying leads and assessing strategic fit
Managing and updating the CRM to ensure a structured pipeline
Supporting the Growth Team in day-to-day outbound and partnership acquisition activities
Strong interest in growth, partnerships, and business development
Curiosity about how ecosystems and commercial partnerships are built
Internship agreement with a university or business school (mandatory)
Very good level of English (spoken and written) and fluent Spanish
Strong motivation to learn and develop in a commercial/growth role
Paid internship (compensation provided)
