RED is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our global clients on a premium-level engagement within an airline maintenance environment.
\n
- Job Title: Business Analyst – MRO AI Solutions
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Spain - ideally Madrid or Barcelona
- Duration: 6 months + extension
- Languages: English, Spanish adecuado

Responsibilities:
\n
- Engage with MRO stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities for AI solutions
- Translate complex business problems into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align business needs with product roadmap
- Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning and delivery execution
- Identify dependencies, risks and ensure scalable solutions across business units

Requirements:
\n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
- Strong understanding of airline maintenance (MRO) or similar asset-intensive xqbhyrx operations
- Experience working with data-driven or AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, product-centric teams
- Willingness to be on-site in London initially and travel internationally
