An opportunity for A400M Customer Management and Powerplant Assistant has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
Prepare relevant logistics for the team (travel, post, doc distribution).
Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time management, meeting/event admin, job requisitions).
Typing of letters, memos, reports.
Collecting information for decision making.
Welcoming and cascading information.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
High level of motivation to lead complex projects.
English: Negotiation level.
Spanish: Fluent.
