What You'll Do:
As our Polish Account Strategist in the Eastern-European team in Barcelona, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business in the region, you’ll work with a fantastic international team, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence.
Client Management
1. Provide operational account management to medium sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements. You grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for the client.
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with EE clients at all levels from Traffic Manager to C-level.
3. Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices, and being able to articulate that to different stakeholders within the client company. You are credible and seen as a trusted account manager.

Performance Analysis
5. Optimize accounts to improve performance for the clients and identify growth opportunities. Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions to overcome those.
6. Work to proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of possible client churn.
7. Provide the client with market knowledge in order to support the client’s development on a long-term basis.
8. Be able to respond to questions around measurement, and more specifically incrementality and attribution. Be able to guide them accordingly based on their marketing goals.
Demonstrate upselling capacity
9. Show effective & impactful negotiation skills that have a positive impact on your book of business.
10. Use a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, specifically you understand your clients’ objectives and can pitch relevant solutions that are connected to their short-term business plans.
Strategic Portfolio Growth
11. Inspire the growth of your clients by promoting innovative cross channels perspectives.
12. You create successful campaigns in line with clients and Criteo objectives.
13. You successfully keep all the relevant information from interactions with your clients in our CRM.
Project Involvement
14. You manage side projects that have an impact on individual book of business or team. Drive those with support from team lead / manager / peers.

24. Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing related field
25. Strong commercial experience required, ideally both remote (virtual) and in-person.
26. Business fluent in English and Polish - both spoken and written language
