PbAbout this role /b /ppThe Jotelulu Product team is looking for an experienced bProduct Manager /b to lead the development and expansion of our new Remote Monitoring Management (bRMM /b) vertical. You will join a cross-functional product organization focused on bIT management tools, and automation capabilities /b designed for MSPs and IT Departments at scale. /ppThis is a bhybrid role based in Spain /b, with our main office located in Madrid. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to translate complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences forb IT administrators /b and bManaged Service Providers (MSPs) /b. You will play a key role in shaping how thousands of devices, users, and services are monitored, automated, and managed across the Jotelulu ecosystem. /ppThe IT Management product is entering its first commercial phase, starting with a modern dashboard offering real-time device visibility, interactive filtering, patch and software insights, and unified ticket metrics. You will help us scale this foundation into a full IT management platform that integrates monitoring, alerting, automation, AI insights and multi-tenant operations. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYou will /b /pulliOwn the product vision, roadmap and execution for the RMM vertical, in alignment with our broader cloud and automation strategy. /liliLead product discovery with IT administrators and MSPs to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation. /liliPrioritize and deliver core bRMM /bcapabilities, including device inventory, monitoring, patch visibility, ticket insights, and filtering capabilities for faster decision-making. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure and AI teams to design telemetry pipelines, alerting mechanisms, automation policies, and future AI-driven recommendations. /liliWork closely with Frontend UX teams to build a unified RMM experience across devices, organizations, and environments. /liliDefine product KPIs (adoption, engagement, device coverage, MTTR improvement), track results and iterate based on usage data. /liliCoordinate with GTM, Sales and Partner Success to build pricing, packaging, positioning and partner enablement materials. /liliEnsure strong alignment with other product pillars (IaaS, Marketplace, Automation AI) to deliver a cohesive management experience for our partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we are looking for /b /ppWe are looking for a product builder who understands operational IT workflows, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and can drive zero-to-one initiatives with clarity and momentum. /ppbr/ppbBasic qualifications /b /pulli5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. /liliExperience in at least one relevant domain: RMM, endpoint management, IT Management, or observability/monitoring in multi-tenant platforms. /liliStrong discovery skills and experience working directly with technical users (IT admins, MSPs, sysadmins). /liliProven ability to define roadmaps, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering teams. /liliComfortable working with data: defining KPIs, analysing product usage, and making decisions based on trends and insights. /liliSolid understanding of concepts such as telemetry, device monitoring, patching, alerting, RBAC, and automation workflows (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should speak the language). /liliExperience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales and Partner Success. /liliEnglish is a must. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPreferred qualifications /b /pulliExperience building or scaling zero-to-one technical products in cloud or IT operations. /liliExperience working with MSPs or SMB-focused IT service providers. /liliUnderstanding of MSP business metrics (MRR, attach rate, churn) and how product decisions drive partner value. /liliExperience designing multi-tenant workflows and dashboards for large device fleets. /liliProficiency in Spanish (helpful for daily interactions with partners and internal teams). /li /ul
