Sales Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The main product you'll be working with will be medium voltage drives, and your responsibilities will be:
Providing technical expertise and solutions to customers, aligning with their needs and budget.
Ensuring technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and conditions, are aligned with business objectives.
Analyzing customer needs, competitor offers, and positioning products to win in the market.
Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations in coordination with Marketing.
Supporting the sales team with technical insights and product training.
Acting as a liaison with the factory/TEC to ensure necessary support.
Tracking product sales, objectives, and market share.
Participating in risk reviews and sharing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Work model: based in Madrid.

Qualifications For The Role
At least 3-4 years of direct experience in drives and in the functions described above.
Advanced level of English (B2-C1) to communicate effectively with customers.
A collaborative person with strong communication skills, capable of working closely with different departments.
We are looking for someone with initiative, a desire to propose, advance, and evolve within a dynamic environment.
