Experteer Overview In this role you lead IT projects and services for business applications within Manufacturing, Quality and Operations Technology. You oversee ITIL-driven processes and collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to ensure quality and shop-floor systems run smoothly. You will coordinate external suppliers and drive IT project roadmaps, while shaping technical designs with Solution Architects. You also ensure proper documentation and compliance across GxP systems in Spain and Europe, contributing to a robust, compliant IT/OT landscape.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Deliver IT projects and services for manufacturing, quality and OT domains - Support IT applications including quality and shop floor systems with local end-users and stakeholders - Manage ITIL processes: service requests, change management, disaster recovery, lifecycle, incident and problem management - Oversee external suppliers and contractors to secure project support and business continuity according to SLAs - Drive execution of IT project roadmaps in collaboration with project teams - Define technical design of IT solutions in partnership with Solution Architects - Document activities across projects and service management (qualification documents, work instructions, change requests, vulnerability management) - Act as Qualification Owner with accountability for compliance of GxP-relevant systems in Spain and other European countries, including security aspectsResponsabilidades - Bachelor in Computer Science - Minimum 5 years as a delivery manager in an industrial IT environment with responsibilities in manufacturing, supply chain or quality systems - Self-motivated, autonomous with strong ownership and service attitude - Team player capable of remote work in an international organization - Knowledge of Quality & GxP IT/OT compliance trends for manufacturing & quality capabilities (e.G., LIMS, MES, LABs, SCADA) - Broad IT infrastructure knowledge (OS, DB, system hardening) - Strong presentation and communication skills - Solid IT service management foundation (ITIL certification preferred) - Excellent English;
