**Description**:RDT Ingenieros is an innovative company whose scope of action is the development of advanced engineering projects, working in sectors such as: Aeronautics, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Industry, Petrochemicals, Capital Goods, Consumer Goods and many more.At RDT Ingenieros we have offices, both nationally and internationally: Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, Pamplona, Beasain, Derby (UK), France, Denmark, Morocco, Puebla (Mexico) and Mexico City.We are currently selecting a Program Quality Leader to join our automotive team in Paterna (Valencia)Main tasks:- Establish and maintain successful Customer relationships on Quality matters- Responsible for quality of delivered products and services to the Customer for their program- Identify the initial Program Quality objectives with the Program manager (PPM, Scrap, Warranty, Perceived quality, Safety & Regulation and specific customer quality indicators)- Initiate and monitor the Program Risk Assessment through FMEA methodology.- Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions are fully assessed, documented, and communicated- Implement the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-up to achieve these quality objectives throughout the program phases- Work with ASQ to cascade the quality objectives to the internal and external suppliers- Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges (MSA studies, Capabilities, Gage R&R;)**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in engineering, or significant professional experienceMinimum 5 years of proven experience in specific domain or tooling manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive sectorKnowledge of automotive quality standards and methods (ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.)Knowledge of OEM specific quality requirementsSkilled in Six SigmaAutonomy and Leadership mindsetBest practice sharing and improvement mindsetProject Management MethodologyProduction System efficiency knowledgeProcess and Product knowledgeResults oriented with strong written and oral communications skillsProficient level of English, second language welcome (Spanish, French or German)
