They’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave – with strong potential to extend or become permanent.This role is remote from Spain (or nearby Southern European countries:
Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia), and supports multiple business units across the region, with a particular focus on employee engagement and cultural alignment during a period of change.What you'll be doing:
Serve as a regional HR partner for Southern Europe across five tech-focused product business units (20–90 headcount each)Drive talent acquisition efforts in partnership with hiring managers and local teamsChampion employee engagement and cultural integration initiatives post-acquisitionProvide guidance on local employment law and HR best practices, particularly in Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and CroatiaSupport ongoing transformation towards agile, cost-efficient team structuresCollaborate with global People teams and senior stakeholders to implement and evolve HR strategiesWhat we're looking for:
Experience in a People Partner / HRBP / Talent & Engagement role within tech or fast-paced international environmentsStrong knowledge of local employment legislation in at least two of the target countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia)English fluency is essential, with additional language skills in Spanish and/or ItalianExcellent stakeholder management and cultural awareness across diverse teamsExperience working with modern ATS platforms (e.G. Smart Recruiters, Lever) a bonusAvailable to start immediately
