Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island's east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka's signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can't be experienced anywhere else.
Main DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experienceHandle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookingsManage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smoothKeep the reception area spotless and invitingAssist guests with requests, ensuring they're guided to the right team or areaCommunicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
