What are we looking for?
We are seeking a ML Engineer to join our team, responsible for technical design and implementation in projects within our Data & Intelligence CoE, working on initiatives for top-tier organizations.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in artificial intelligence, focusing on:
* Defining and implementing technical solutions related to AI Platform frameworks and methodologies.
* Building AI Platforms aligned with high-level architecture designs, whether cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises.
* Developing CI/CD pipelines for orchestrating the MLOps lifecycle, aligned with client goals and architecture requirements.
* Contributing to the standardization of methodologies for development, training, deployment, inference, and monitoring of AI use cases.
* Addressing challenges in MLOps practices, providing resources and tools for Data Scientists, enabling flexible model development, robust methodology for productization, unattended model training, performance monitoring, and retrain alarms.
What will you be accountable for?
Your responsibilities in our AI services will focus on:
* Executing projects to meet technical milestones, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while managing resources, time, risks, and quality.
* Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and pipelines for automating AI Platform management and deployment.
* Creating CI/CD pipelines to industrialize model development.
* Developing custom software integrations to connect external systems with the AI Platform.
Why would we want to meet you?
If you have:
* At least 3 years of experience with AI-related projects.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CDK, Terraform, Ansible).
* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
* Strong coding skills in Object-Oriented languages like Python, Java, C#.
* Experience deploying AI in startups, large companies, or academic settings, supporting Data Scientists in production environments.
* A focus on high-quality results and continuous improvement.
* A commitment to sharing knowledge within the team.
Additional valued skills include:
* Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks from open-source communities or cloud providers.
* Building CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
* Data engineering expertise.
* Model and data monitoring experience.
* Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
