WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Main stack: Python.
- Node.Js: experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
- Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
- Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
