Pstrong Technical Sales Engineer – Process Heat (Spain) /strong /p pstrong DUNGS Ibérica S.A. /strong, the Spanish subsidiary of the German group Karl Dungs GmbH Co. KG, is strengthening its commercial and technical presence in Spain and is seeking a strong Technical Sales Engineer – Process Heat /strong to expand its footprint in the industrial combustion and gas safety market. /pp With over 80 years of engineering excellence, DUNGS is a global leader in combustion control and gas safety systems, delivering high-quality solutions for industrial burners, process heating, power generation, and OEM applications worldwide. /p pstrong The Mission /strong /pp This role is designed to strong drive growth in the Process Heat (GF3) segment across Spain /strong, with a strong focus on industrial OEMs, plant builders, EPCs, and system integrators. /pp The key objective is clear: /ppstrong Expand market share, generate new business opportunities, and increase turnover through technical-commercial leadership in a highly specialized industrial market. /strong /pp We are looking for a candidate with strong proven market knowledge in industrial thermal processing and combustion systems /strong, not an entry-level profile. /p pstrong Market Technical Focus /strong /pp You will operate in sectors such as: /pulli Industrial furnaces and thermal process systems /lili Aluminium melting, ceramics, plastics, and chemicals /lili Oil Gas and energy systems /lili Packaging and other process industries /lili Industrial burners and boiler manufacturers (OEMs) /li /ulp A deep understanding of: /pulli Gas trains, valve systems, pressure regulation /lili Combustion control systems /lili Industrial process heat applications /lili Regulatory and safety frameworks (CE and local standards) /lili is essential. /li /ul pstrong Key Responsibilities /strong /p pstrong Business Development Market Expansion /strong /pulli Identify, approach and develop new OEMs and industrial customers within your territory /lili Strengthen relationships with plant builders, integrators, and end users /lili Increase average deal size through system and solution selling /lili Actively win business from competitors in your area /lili Execute strategic sales goals aligned with HQ (EMEA Process Heat) /li /ul pstrong Technical-Commercial Leadership /strong /pulli Develop tailored gas control and burner system solutions in cooperation with engineering teams /lili Act as project lead during the solution design phase /lili Advise customers on component selection and system configuration /lili Translate complex technical requirements into commercially viable offers /lili Support negotiations, pricing strategy and contract discussions /li /ul pstrong Project Pipeline Management /strong /pulli Register and manage opportunities in coordination with Back Office /lili Monitor project progress from first contact to order placement /lili Ensure full traceability and reporting within the Group matrix structure /lili Collaborate closely with HQ for customized or high-value solutions /li /ul pstrong Candidate Profile /strong /pp We are specifically looking for professionals with: /pulli Minimum strong3+ years of experience in technical sales /strong within industrial environments /lili Strong experience in strong process heat, combustion systems, industrial burners, or thermal processing equipment /strong /lili Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering /lili Proven experience in business development and key account management /lili Ability to manage complex technical discussions with OEM engineers /lili Project management exposure in industrial installations /lili Spanish and English fluency (German is a plus) /li /ul p Experience as an application engineer or in oven/furnace construction companies (e.g. industrial furnace manufacturers or thermal equipment suppliers) is highly valued. /pp This is strong not a beginner role /strong.
