We are looking for an IT Governance Analyst – Continuity Management to strengthen the organization's resilience posture by defining, governing, and operationalizing Business Continuity (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks across the group.
What are we looking for?
* 3–5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk Management.
* Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and/or Risk Impact Analysis (RIA) in complex organizations.
* Experience designing, coordinating, or validating DR tests (cloud & on‐premise environments).
* Familiarity with regulatory resilience standards such as DORA, NIS2, or ISO 22301.
* Strong understanding of High Availability (HA) architecture, backup strategies, and replication mechanisms.
* Solid knowledge of RTO/RPO principles and how they translate into technical recovery capabilities.
* Experience aligning technical DR measures with business requirements for Critical or Important Functions (CIF).
* Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders (BIA, DR scoping, recovery planning)
* Advanced level of English.
What will you do?
* Define, maintain, and operationalize the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) framework for the group.
* Ensure alignment between business recovery requirements and the IT organization's technical capabilities.
* Maintain BCM/DR policies following the Solvd Group Governance Framework.
* Collaborate with Process and Application Owners to conduct BIA and RIA assessments.
* Define, validate, and document RTO and RPO values for critical applications.
* Ensure consistent alignment of BIA results with the Information Domain Model (IDM)
* Ensure that business‐critical applications have validated and up‐to‐date Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
* Validate existing technical redundancy and failover mechanisms according to the assigned criticality levels
* Design and oversee regular continuity and DR testing schedules (failover exercises, simulations, tabletop drills...).
* Evaluate test results and coordinate remediation with IT Operations.
* Report on resilience, DR maturity, and compliance levels to senior leadership and auditors.
* Act as a key interface for internal/external audits
