* To aid in the smooth running of the branch, deputising in the managers absence.
* To oversee the daily running of shop floor, organising breaks, banking, and delegating task effectively.
* Ensure replenishment of stock and store standards are maintained.
* To motivate staff ensuring efficient communication and ensuring staff are trained to a high standard for their daily tasks.
* To ensure the importance of security awareness is communicated to the staff and to provide feedback to Store Manager and Head Office on any potential security risks.
* Guaranteeallendofthedayprocedures are followedincludingcashingup, bankingandbagchecks as outlinedbyMUJIprocedures.
* To help induct all new members of staff as laid out by manager
* Maintain high standard of personal attendance, punctuality and grooming.
* Make a significant contribution to successful team working at the store.
* Remain flexible with regards to working hours.
* Fluent in English (minimum level Advance Certificate or equivalent.
* Salary: 24.000€/b/a + bonus
