The opportunity
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Key responsibilities

- Support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution.
- Take part in advisory projects – implementation of SAP systems in the Human Capital Management area.
- Participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes.
- Coordinate main project tasks.
- Business travel may be required.
Skills and attributes for success

- Great communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Open to working with international customers.
Qualifications

- 1+ years of general experience in HCM implementations.
- At least one end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Higher education degree.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Idóneo qualifications

- Integration‑related practical knowledge, including ODATA concept.
- Employee Central certificate and/or others.
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
