Job Title: Datorama Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Datorama Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Datorama Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Datorama solutions that enhance our marketing intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Datorama within our marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Understand common data models and integration challenges across Salesforce platforms.
2. Resolve data stream issues promptly.
3. Monitor the performance of paid media activities, proactively addressing drops in performance with media agencies and stakeholders.
4. Align delivery cost data with planned cost data.
5. Support integration between paid media platforms and web analytics to capture the full customer journey from ad impression to website visit.
6. Proactively identify taxonomy issues and lead efforts to cleanse data accuracy problems.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present dashboard designs, and provide training and support to end-users.
8. Perform fit-gap analysis with other tools like Power BI.
9. Leverage strong understanding of the Datorama platform, including data connectors, data modeling, calculated metrics, and dashboarding features.
10. Translate complex data into clear visual stories, choosing appropriate chart types and layouts to communicate KPIs and trends to stakeholders.
11. Understand underlying data architecture principles and how data flows across Salesforce clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
12. Integrate data from these sources within Datorama to create comprehensive dashboards for holistic insights.
