Our end-client, a well known Retail company in Spain, has an office in Barcelona. This is an entry-level position (however, they also have more senior level positions open in the team too), where unlike most clients, our client is willing to hire candidates with no previous ServiceNow experience and will train you to become a ServiceNow Support Technician/Analyst.

University Degree (in IT/Computer Science or a similar subject) OR
Experience in 1st / 2nd / 3rd Level IT Support or IT programming OR
a couple of years of ServiceNow experience either as a key user / super user or consultant/support analyst
To become a ServiceNow Support Technician - receive internal training on how to support ServiceNow applications from scratch! Must be strong in German (minimum B2 Level).
Must be strong in English (minimum B2 Level).
You strengthen our international team in the Service & Support department, being responsible for the support and operations related to the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
You support our IT colleagues and end users within the group with troubleshooting.
If necessary, you train the local support departments with specially created training sessions.
You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in ServiceNow.
You are the service contact person for application support
Trainings to new employees take around 2 months done within the team. Training is focused on the support needs required.
The company has a hybrid working model:
~You will have the freedom to choose which days you want to work in the office and which days to work remotely.
~ There will be some days when a team meeting/workshop is scheduled and you must attend the office on the specified day.
~ You can live anywhere in Spain as long as you are willing to commute to the Barcelona office 40% per month (ideally 1 -2 days per week in the office).
