As Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, support operations, and engage the team.

* Monitor KPIs and support action plans to improve store performance
Ensure operational excellence
* Apply visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
* Manage back-office activities: stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory
* Support the Store Manager in daily organization and use of digital tools
Support team and brand development
* Contribute to team training and skill development
* Share product knowledge and embody the brand’s values and DNA
* Foster a positive, collaborative team spirit and support collective success
