Persán, a multinational home care and personal care production company, is looking for a Health & Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Responsibilities- Perform documentation control tasks related to coordination of business activities.- Review work permits and specific procedures.- Supervise and monitor factory work, advising responsible parties.- Correct any unsafe situations identified.- Coordinate the creation of procedures and work permits for internal personnel.- Conduct safety inspections and prepare technical reports on unsafe acts detected.- Propose improvements related to safety incidents.- Manage expense authorizations for safety investments and coordinate execution of related work.- Promote prevention and integrate it into company operations.- Conduct risk assessments and propose control and reduction measures based on results.- Conduct information and training activities for workers.- Monitor compliance with risk control and reduction programs and carry out workplace condition control activities.- Participate in the planning of preventive activities and coordinate actions involving specialists.- Collaborate with external prevention services and participate in multidisciplinary meetings for new projects.- Investigate accidents and incidents, lead investigations, and coordinate implementation of preventive measures with relevant departments.- Coordinate preventive activities across Persán, establish an in‑house Occupational Risk Prevention Service, and develop an emergency plan.- Analyze work related to ongoing projects in Engineering, Maintenance, and Systems departments;
advise the company on health and safety matters.- Coordinate business activities involving multiple contractors and interact with suppliers for safety‑related projects.- Interact with occupational health and safety technicians from contractors and cooperate with external safety coordinators on project‑based worksites.- Comply with safety regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards;
