About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our B2B growth engine across key European markets. This high-impact, full-funnel role bridges field marketing, digital demand generation, and AI‑powered performance marketing. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data and love combining live events with measurable pipeline impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Drive Demand Generation Performance: Own the end‑to‑end B2B demand generation strategy, delivering a consistent pipeline of high‑quality MQLs and SQLs. Leverage AI to enhance forecasting, targeting, and conversion.
* Lead Strategic Field Marketing (Europe): Plan and execute high‑impact B2B events across Italy, France, Spain, DACH, and beyond—from concept to post‑event ROI analysis you’ll own it all.
* Collaborate on Paid Media Campaigns: Partner with Paid teams to launch and optimize campaigns across channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads, using AI‑driven testing and automation to maximize performance and ROI.
* Drive Inbound & Content Strategy: Work closely with Content teams to develop assets (webinars, whitepapers, case studies) that generate and nurture inbound demand, aligning with Sales & Customer Success to ensure seamless lead handover and strong collaboration across the revenue funnel.
* Own Analytics & Tooling: Track performance across all channels using HubSpot and other tools, delivering insights on attribution, ROI, and customer journeys with AI‑enhanced analytics.
* Manage Budgets & Operations: Oversee event budgets, contracts, and procurement processes with precision and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing (SaaS or EdTech preferred).
* Strong full‑funnel marketing mindset (brand + demand).
* Hands‑on experience with AI tools for marketing optimization.
* Data‑driven with strong experience in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
* Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
