Camper is a contemporary footwear brand based on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca.Combining design-driven innovation with over 145 years of shoemaking heritage, we are a certified B Corp that creates collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.Brand Copy Project SpecialistThe Brand Copy Project Specialist ensures that Camper's copy and product communication initiatives move efficiently from idea to delivery.This role acts as the operational backbone of the Brand Copy & Product Communications team, coordinating projects across product, brand, digital, and content teams while continuously improving how the team works through better workflows, automation, and process design.The mission of the role is not only to manage projects but to help evolve the department from a production-focused model into a more efficient content system, enabling the team to focus more on storytelling and strategic impact.Brand Copy & Product Communications ManagerStructure clear project timelines and milestonesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Copy, Product, Design, Digital, and ContentEnsure clear and effective information flow between teamsSupport the implementation of product storytelling initiativesCoordinate internal processes such as labelling and newsletters, managing copywriters' workloads, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely and aligned storytellingContent Production OperationsOversee the content production pipeline to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered efficiently across channels.Work on cross-channel campaigns, seeking organization throughout the whole processAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress and identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to schedule, brief, and budgetCoordinate copy production for campaigns and launches, managing copywriters' workloads, deadlines, and deliverablesManage online and offline channel content production pipelineOversee translation workflows and localization processesEnsure smooth collaboration between copywriters, designers, and digital teamsManage external copywriting and translation resources when neededProject Governance & Team CoordinationAct as the central coordination point for copy and product communication projects.Managing timelines, priorities, and project visibilitySupporting the Head of Copy & Product Communications in planning team prioritiesEnsuring requests are clearly defined before executionHelping maintain alignment across product, brand, and digital teamsMonitoring copy data with digital/retail to optimize channel strategies and improve commercial performance (offline and online).Drive cross-channel strategies with product and GTM to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints in order to maximize the value of the product through copy.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementAbility to work cross-functionally with product, design, digital, and brand teams.Strategic CuriosityInterest in understanding how product communication contributes to the overall brand narrative.Language & Brand SensitivityExcellent English & Spanish communication skills with an understanding of tone, brand identity, and storytelling.Immediate start date with a flexible schedule.● Flexible remuneration with tax benefits: medical insurance, training, childcare, etc.● You will be part of a leading company in the fashion sector, dynamic, innovative, highly aware and committed to sustainability, with a close and inspiring working environment.We value the differences that diversity brings to our brand and uphold this as part of our company values.We aim to provide a working environment that fosters inclusion, fairness, equity, and respect for social and cultural diversity and that is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
