We're looking for a Junior Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll work at the intersection of account management, business development, and marketing operations — with strong exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics from day one.
You'll collaborate closely with our Partnerships & Media Operations Manager and the B2B Sales team.
Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
Business Development
Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential partners
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and verticals
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign performance
Analysis & Automation
Track performance data and build dashboards to monitor partner and campaign results
Extract insights and propose improvements based on data
Recently graduated (Master's level) in Business, Marketing, or a related field or with 1st experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals
Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Hybrid work model : 3 days at the office, 2 remote, plus 10 work-from-anywhere days per year (within Europe, ±1h time difference)
