This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Capital Formation (Crypto). The role involves planning and executing capital formation strategies, building and nurturing relationships with potential investors, driving fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives. The candidate will be responsible for staying informed on market trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain industries to strategically position the organization's funding efforts.

* In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and fintech markets.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain investor relationships.
* Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and risk assessment abilities.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate complex financial models and strategies to diverse audiences.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams.
