As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant – Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global sales and marketing processes are supported by efficient, user-friendly, and stable solutions (ERP, CRM, Commerce), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and business alignment.
Analyze incoming questions, incidents, and requests from business departments, providing structured and solution-oriented support to global key users.
* Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and working together with stakeholders to identify solutions, explanations, or workarounds.
* Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements.
* Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions in alignment with team input and share understanding.
* Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs.
* Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with process owners to ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.
You enjoy acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating needs into practical and efficient system solutions.
* You are analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to investigate issues and enjoy understanding system behaviors as well as the related business processes.
* You have experience working with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems, ideally in Sales and Marketing environments.
* A key role supporting and improving global Sales & Marketing processes with direct business impact.
