Job description:
Key AccountabilitiesOperates efficiently to enable delivery of a leading practice Procurement framework and environment to ensure business needs and objectives are met such that Procurement is viewed as an enabler to the business. Develops appropriate relationships for mutual benefit with the aim of delivering demonstrable advantage to Fujitsu and its customers.Supports and contributes to the deployment and monitoring of a Procurement transformation strategyBenchmarking and innovation - Keeps abreast of innovative best practices to foster continuous improvement in a Procurement environment.Demonstrates innovative use of market data to support these:
Policy & Process Practice – Escalation point relating to significant Policy, operational, issuesDeveloping, monitoring and good understanding of responsible Procurement, practices, policies & processesUndertake effective client engagement – Understands, defines at Procurement levels key clients, regularly engages with and builds strong engagement with stakeholders.Provides consultancy to colleagues and/or bid teams ensuring innovative, responsive and competitive input to help win business;
exploiting existing product / service offerings through the Capability Units or third parties
Perform work-related tasks assigned by the managerQualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.Proficient in the Source to Contract process.Knowledgeable in Supplier Management (New Vendor Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, etc.)Familiar with Supplier Risk Management.Understanding of project management.Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and power tools.Familiarity with SAP tools (SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Ariba).Ability to read and interpret contracts.Comfortable working with third-party suppliers.Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Able to perform well under pressure.
