Responsibilities:
* The Senior Financial Analyst will provide day-to-day financial leadership to the Oncology team focusing on the GU franchise (specifically ERLEADA, AKEEGA & TAR-200 brands) strategic priorities to drive growth as well as providing strategic support to brand marketing expenses (BMEs).
* Go-to finance partner for GU Franchise cross-functional partners.
* Develop and shape GU Franchise sales and strategic investment forecasts, track sales and investments throughout the year, and assess impacts from competitive dynamics and market events.
* Influence cross-functional partners regarding investment decisions to drive value and deliver results.
* Provide launch support for TAR-200 to ensure a flawless launch execution.
* Correlate sales performance to brand strategy and market factors (demand trends, competitive intelligence, policy, data releases).
* Own forecasting / Integrated Business Planning cycles and quarterly close activities (including the Investor Relations package) for the GU franchise, ensuring financial and business compliance requirements are met.
* Own ad-hoc analyses and develop executive framing, with opportunities to present directly to Solid Tumor president and other senior leadership.
* Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areas.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
* A minimum 3 years of experience in finance and / or accounting is required.
* A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.
* Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, required.
* Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are preferred.
* This position requires a highly motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
* Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles, required.
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.
* The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership is required.
