#Our Falces manufacturing site, located in Navarra, Spain, is a manufacturing hub for producing core materials used in wind, marine, and industrial applications. We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every customer, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and service.
#Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via various channels (telephone, email, chat).
Receive, process and follow up on orders, incidents and service-related operations.
Accurately record and update information in the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Technical Support, etc.) Manage transport for customer shipments.
Meet the service objectives (SLAs, KPIs) set by the company.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actions to optimise customer service processes.
#A university degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (required for dealing with our customers).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 ERP.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles (minimum 2–3 years). xsgfvud
