Join Our Team at Digital Profile Factory and Be a Part of the Solution! /b /p p At b G+D Mobile Security /b, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Head of Toolchain Management to join our b Digital Profile Factory (DPF) /b in Barcelona. /p p DPF leverages cutting-edge technology to create seamless, end-to-end integration solutions — from customer requirement gathering to product delivery. We design and configure xUICC (eSIM) profiles for network operators, enabling mobile devices to connect to cellular networks without physical SIM cards. /p p Our work includes providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. We are also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management. /p p Our goal is to deliver reliability, process optimization, and advanced self-service features while maintaining our reputation as a trusted global service provider. /p p The b Head of Toolchain Management /b is a key member of the DPF leadership team and reports directly to the Global Head of DPF. /p p This role has full ownership of DPF’s IT strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap, ensuring that our tools and systems ecosystem supports current operations and future business growth. /p p You will lead the Toolchain Management department, drive innovation in technology design and architecture, and ensure our IT infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p pb Strategy and Architecture /b /pulli Develop and lead the Toolchain Management department and its strategic direction. /lili Define, implement, and maintain the DPF IT architecture roadmap, aligned with business and operational priorities. /lili Establish architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks across DPF. /lili Serve as the design authority for the evolution of DPF’s IT and technology landscape. /lili Maintain a complete inventory of systems, tools, databases, and IT interfaces within DPF. /li /ul pb Technology Development and Innovation /b /pulli Design a scalable and future-proof toolchain architecture addressing current and future needs. /lili Oversee systems and tool integration to ensure seamless, efficient operations. /lili Evaluate new technologies for data exchange, analytics, storage, and management. /lili Lead innovation and transformation in system design, architecture, and data management. /lili Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with DPF’s IT strategy and standards. /li /ul pb Performance, Risk, and Compliance /b /pulli Dimension hardware and software infrastructure to meet performance KPIs and service requirements. /lili Ensure overall system stability, scalability, and reliability. /lili Identify and mitigate IT risks, including cybersecurity threats. /lili Ensure compliance with GDPR, GSMA, and other relevant regulations. /li /ul pb Stakeholder Collaboration /b /pulli Collaborate closely with RD, sales, and MNO operations teams to align technology with business needs. /lili Partner with portfolio management and internal stakeholders to guide architecture decisions from early project stages. /lili Manage the full IT and RD budget for the DPF environment. /li /ul pb Continuous Improvement /b /pulli Drive process automation, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in toolchain architecture. /lili Collect and translate system requirements into actionable elements of the toolchain roadmap. /lili Continuously refine architecture processes to optimize performance and operational excellence. /li /ul pb Qualifications and Experience: /b /pulli University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. /lili10+ years of experience in IT systems architecture, infrastructure management, or enterprise environments. /lili Proven track record in enterprise architecture or as a design authority for large-scale IT systems. /lili Expertise in systems integration, database management, and IT infrastructure design. /lili Strong knowledge of scalable architectures, high-performance computing, and data frameworks. /lili Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). /lili Experience managing budgets, vendors, and make-or-buy decisions. /lili Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4HANA) and RD IT landscapes is an advantage. /li /ul pb Soft Skills: /b /pulli Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to connect technology and business goals. /lili Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. /lili Skilled in decision-making, balancing technical, financial, and operational factors. /lili Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly. /lili Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement. /li /ul pb Why Join Us? /b /pulli Be part of a visionary, customer-focused digital factory within a leading global organization. /lili Work alongside a dedicated international team of over 100 professionals who value integrity, teamwork, and innovation. /lili Engage in meaningful projects that shape the future of digital connectivity worldwide. /li /ul pb If you are ready to make a significant impact in the digital telecommunications industry and work with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence — Digital Profile Factory is the place for you. /b /p pb What’s great about working with us: /b /pullib Culture and diversity: /b Join a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
