A Day in the Life
At Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions, we are expanding our team and launching new technologies to improve patients’ outcomes. We are looking for a Field Sales Developer to help in the expansion of the Medtronic Mapping and Navigation system and the Electrophysiology therapies at the country level. The position will be located in Madrid (Spain) and will involve frequent travelling to support customers.
Responsibilities may include:
* Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the expansion of Medtronic Mapping and Navigation system and the Electrophysiology therapies at the account or territory level.
* Develops internal and external training programs to ensure the optimal adoption of the technology.
* Coordinates with SHQ Training and Education department to implement the training pathways in Iberia.
* Support CAS procedures when required (1 / 2 days a week).
* Coordinates with both customer and Medtronic stakeholders to identify account training needs and potential for implementing market development projects.
* Analyzes clinical publications and ensures that field force gets trained on it and gets familiar and comfortable.
* Leads the introduction and support of the new technologies in new accounts.
* Works with Marketing in the launch strategy of new technologies.
* Serves as point of contact with EMEA and SBU regarding the specific educational programs.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Strong Experience in 3D EP navigation Systems (> 5 years).
* Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
* Knowledge of the Electrophysiology competitive marketplace.
* University degree in Technical or Life-Scientific.
* High level of English.
* Strong teaching skills.
* Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
