As Head of Sales for Spain, you will spearhead Silae’s commercial acceleration following the acquisition of two companies (Summar & Denario). 
Your mission: design, recruit, lead and scale a high-performing new business team, with a strong "hunter" DNA, capable of conquering new logos in a complex and evolving product landscape. 
You will: 
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for new business acquisition in Spain, focusing on direct clients as much as advisory firms and payroll service providers. 
- Build and lead from scratch a team of sales hunters, ensuring the right recruitment, onboarding, and training frameworks are in place to create a winning sales culture. 
- Build a strategic partnerships ecosystem to accelerate indirect sales, this will be key for our success 
- Work with existing team to boost business as usual and redefine priorities and roles if needed 
- Upskill and coach your team continuously, implementing sales playbooks, shadowing sessions, KPIs, and feedback loops that elevate performance over time. 
- Design and optimize the full sales funnel, from prospecting to closing, ensuring robust qualification and high conversion rates. 
- Implement the needed tools for a proper monitoring and follow-up of the business, CRM building will be key. 
- Ensure close collaboration with Marketing to generate targeted pipeline and build outreach campaigns that resonate with our market. 
- Work closely with the Product & Consulting teams to stay aligned with the product evolution, use feedback loops to refine the go-to-market strategy, and adapt messaging. 
- Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance monitoring, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth. 
- Monitor and improve sales efficiency, defining processes and tech tools needed to scale acquisition efforts. 
Requirements
⭐️ What We’re Looking For 
- Proven Sales Leadership: 6+ years leading high-performing B2B sales teams, with at least 4 years in SaaS or tech scale-ups. 
- Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to build, grow and inspire a team focused on new logo acquisition, with a track record of overachievement. 
- Recruitment & Team Building: Proven success recruiting and developing top sales talent; experience in building teams from the ground up is a must. 
- Sales Enablement Mindset: Ability to create scalable onboarding, training, and coaching programs that boost team performance. 
- Execution-Oriented: Hands-on leader who thrives on the field, with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-closing capabilities. 
- Process & Data Driven: Comfortable using and building CRM data, metrics, and feedback to iterate and improve sales motions. 
- Strategic Collaborator: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams to align GTM strategies. 
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing product environment, adapting messaging and strategy as new capabilities are released. 
- Fintech/Payroll Experience: Knowledge of payroll software or experience selling into advisory/accounting firms is a strong plus. 
- Availability to be present in both our offices (Reus & Sabadell) 
- Languages: Spanish native, fluent in English; French is a plus.
