Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the development of fragrance and home-care cosmetic formulations, ensuring stability and market feasibility. You will work with cross-functional teams to document formulas, define specifications, and support scale-up from pilot to commercial production. You will stay abreast of advances in cosmetic science and apply them to improve products. This is an entrepreneurial, growth-focused opportunity to shape product development in a general company.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Formulate cosmetics (fragrance category) and home care products
• Assess formulation stability and commercial feasibility
• Ensure testing is on schedule for market release
• Collaborate with internal teams during development
• Create and maintain formula documentation for development and commercialization
• Develop raw material, bulk, final product specifications and manufacturing procedures; design stability studies and performance protocols
• Prepare laboratory SOPs
• Participate in transferring manufacturing from pilot to commercial batches
• Contribute to solving product or process issues
• Maintain awareness of scientific and technological advances in cosmetic development
Responsabilidades
• 0-2 years experience in cosmetic formulation
• Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights
• Knowledge of ingredients, physical testing and analytical methods used in cosmetics
• Knowledge of fragrances is a plus
• Familiar with global cosmetic regulations
• Bachelor/Master level education (see Education)
