Main responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Valencia city in order to list rental properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and insure proactive communication with both landlords and tenantsDeal with allocated clients(tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental dealsManage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity
Requirements
Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Valencia ́s market and key areas.In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processesAdvanced in English and SpanishProfessional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top resultsFinancially and results-oriented and able to work in an international teamProactive with a 'can-do' attitudeOrganized, prepared to work versátil hours and a hands-on personOutstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients
