For a leading global company, we are looking for a IT Project Manager.
Are you an experienced IT project manager with a strong background in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or quality management? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join a dynamic IT&S Development team and lead IT projects end-to-end, helping to improve efficiency across the organization.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring that information systems are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will also work closely with various business Areas and Processes to understand and deliver on their IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with specific Areas and Processes across the organization
* Coordinate and lead follow-up meetings to monitor IT initiatives and gather new requirements
* Identify, plan, and launch projects and initiatives
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and allocate resources effectively
* Manage project budgets and ensure financial control
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed
* Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure quality standards are met
What we are looking for
* Education: University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent
* Experience: 5+ years in project management, change management, budget management, and team leadership
* Knowledge in IT systems (SAP, Siemens, Microsoft), Lean Management, and Project Management
* Experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and/or quality management
* Languages: Spanish and fluent English
* Soft skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management
